Governing the ethical use and institutional integrity of the IQ Arcade global academic portal, anchored in Queensland legal framework.
Institutional Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service constitute a binding academic treaty between you and IQ Arcade. These protocols are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By accessing our neural assets, you adhere to the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) and Federal Consumer Protections, serving our global academic community.
1. Acceptance of Institutional Protocols
By accessing or utilizing the IQ Arcade portal (the "Site") and integrated services (collectively, the "Services"), you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these Institutional Protocols ("Terms"). If you do not consent to these rigorous standards, you must immediately terminate your session. We operate a global platform anchored in Queensland's rigorous legal framework.
2. Protocol Evolution (Changes)
We reserve the right to evolve these Protocols at our discretion to maintain institutional integrity. Modifications will be broadcast on this portal with a revised 'Effective Date'. Continued engagement constitutes total acceptance of the evolved treaty.
3. Enrollment Eligibility
Participation in the academic portal requires a minimum age of 13 years. By initiating enrollment, you verify that you meet this requirement and that all data provided to the Institutional Dashboard is accurate and complete.
4. Account Custodianship & Security
You are the sole custodian of your account credentials. You must immediately report any breach of security or unauthorized access. We reserve the absolute right to terminate access for any account found in violation of our security protocols.
5. Intellectual & Neural Assets
All curriculum, assessment logic, and IQ Arcade questions are proprietary Neural Assets. Certain portions utilize advanced AI logic for study simulation. You are granted a limited license for personal growth; reproduction, distribution, or commercial scraping of these assets is strictly prohibited.
6. Acceptable Use & Safety Filter
You mandate not to upload unlawful content, manipulate assessment integrity, or utilize automated bots/scrapers. All behavior must align with our Safety by Design standards for a professional academic community.
7. Assessment & Certification Integrity
Academic results are final once verified. We reserve the right to invalidate assessment results or revoke digital certificates if protocol integrity is compromised or cheating is detected via our monitoring systems.
8. Subscription Protocols & Refunds
Fees are quoted in the selected regional currency. All transactions are handled by PCI-compliant gateways (Stripe). Refunds are at our discretion within 14 days for unattempted courses, subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Third-Party Integrations
We may integrate secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy or legal practices of these external sites and recommend reviewing their independent protocols.
10. AI Simulation & Accuracy Disclaimer
You acknowledge that explanations and logic maps are generated by AI study simulations. Users are solely responsible for cross-verifying results against official 2026 Australian Standards or Legislation for high-stakes applications.
11. Institutional Status (Not an RTO)
IMPORTANT: IQ Arcade is NOT a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Our courses provide preparatory simulations and do NOT constitute the legal license or 'ticket' (e.g., White Card, RSA) required by Australian law to perform specific regulated work.
12. Warranty Limitations
Services are provided 'as is'. While we strive for 100% uptime, we do not guarantee an uninterrupted or virus-free academic session. Completion does not guarantee specific employment or educational outcomes.
13. Indemnification Treaty
You agree to indemnify and hold IQ Arcade harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these protocols or violation of assessment integrity.
14. Protocol Termination
We reserve the right to suspend your access at any time for violation of these protocols, compromise of assessment integrity, or for other institutional business reasons.
15. Governing Institutional Law
These protocols are governed by the laws of the state of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
16. Institutional Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Queensland, Australia.
